CubeBloom is sold in Australia, so the Australian Consumer Law applies to it. This page sets out the rights you already have by law, and how we handle refunds and cancellations on top of them.
Before this goes liveThis is a drafted starting point, not legal advice. Fill in every highlighted field and have it reviewed before you take payments. The pricing-page checkout is currently a design mock — no payment is processed.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing on this page, in our Terms of Service, or anywhere else on this site, reduces those rights. If something we say appears to conflict with them, the law wins.
Among other things, the services we supply must:
The remedy you're entitled to depends on how badly the service failed.
The choice of remedy for a major failure is yours, not ours.
Consumer guarantees cover faults, not regret. We're not legally required to refund a change of mind — but Free exists precisely so you can try CubeBloom properly before paying, and in practice we'll consider a change-of-mind refund on a monthly payment made in the last [7 / 14] days if you've barely used it. Ask and we'll look at it.
Annual plans: because a year is a long time to be stuck with the wrong tier, we offer a [14 / 30]-day change-of-mind window on any annual payment, refunded in full. This is in addition to your rights above. If you simply picked the wrong tier, you can switch between Beginner and Intermediate & Advanced instead — see the Terms.
Cancel from your account settings, in the same number of steps it took to subscribe. We will never require a phone call, an email, or a “are you sure?” retention sequence to let you leave.
We'll tell you before your first renewal and before any price change, and your renewal date and amount are always visible in your account. If we raise the price, you can cancel before it takes effect. We won't charge a higher price without telling you first.
Short interruptions for maintenance aren't a failure of the consumer guarantees. A prolonged outage that stops you using a paid plan is — if that happens, contact us and we'll extend your plan or refund the affected period.
We won't charge you a fee for making a claim, and we won't require you to accept a credit or voucher where the law entitles you to a refund.
Tell us first — most things get sorted at that point. If they don't, you can take it further, free of charge:
You can do this whether or not you've used our process, and it doesn't affect any other rights you have.
